Glass Express shops are approved by ICBC to handle glass claims. You don't need to phone ICBC or go to a claim centre first. These auto glass shops meet industry-leading standards for quality work and customer service. We are proud to have met these qualifications.

How do I make a claim?
If you have Comprehensive coverage, you are covered for a glass claim.
For windshield damage claims, here is what you need to do:

1. Report the Claim

Go directly to a Glass Express shop (the fastest way to get glass repaired or
replaced for qualifying claims).
OR
Go to an ICBC claim centre. (Note: Dial-a-Claim does not handle glass claims.)
2. Pay a Comprehensive deductible.
